These words resonate deeply, reminding us of the harsh reality that not everyone will stay by our side through life's trials and tribulations. People may come and go, promises may be broken, and support may falter. But amidst it all, there's one person whose unwavering dedication can make all the difference – yourself. May is Mental Health Month! While promoting mental health is important all year, this special month of recognition raises awareness about mental illness, its prevalence in today's society, and its impacts on people of all ages and backgrounds. Thank you to everyone who had a drink with me this morning for my birthday! Stay with us all month to advocate for mental health awareness month!!
